Core Moto stainless steel brake lines are made using only top grade materials and construction. Each line features an inner core teflon hose wrapped tightly in a cold drawn high tinsel 32 strand stainless steel braid. All lines are coated with a flexible PVC outer shell for superior strength, corrosion resistance and abrasion protection. Colored banjo fittings are CNC machined and polished high grade stainless steel. Available in 12 different colors to choose from, and titanium or 24K plated gold.

Line kits are designed to fit bikes as equipped from the factory, therefore certain modifications done to a motorcycle may affect line fitment. These modifications include, but are not limited to aftermarket, replaced or re positioned handle bars, risers, rear sets, calipers, caliper locators, master cylinders, extended wheel bases or any items that may interface with brake line mounting and routing. Also, bolt sizes and threads are not the same on all motorcycle brake components.

Brake line kits willl include bolts based on OEM hardware, and OEM brake line length. It is the customers responsibility to take all modifications into consideration before placing an order.

All line kits are for NON ABS equipped bikes unless stated in title description.

This kit includes 5 lines, for ABS models only.

Front Master Cylinder Line: Using stainless junction block, line mounts to the hard tube section of line that exits the engine area between the radiator and head tube. This line feeds up to the master cylinder where it mounts with provided banjo bolt and crush washers.

Front Caliper Lines: Core Moto stainless t-block will mount in OEM location. Left and right caliper lines provided are attached to t-block using female swivel fittings.

Rear Master Cylinder Line: Routing follows similar path as OEM while replacing the mild steel junction blocks with Core Moto stainless steel units. Mounts to the master cylinder with provided banjo bolts and crush washers.

Rear Caliper Line: Routing follows similar path as OEM while replacing the mild steel junction blocks with Core Moto stainless steel units. Routing follows similar path as OEM. Leads back to the rear caliper along OEM line patch. Pre installed rubber grommets and stiffener tube allows for clean mounting of line and TC wire coupling. Mounts to caliper with provided banjo bolts and crush washers.

Front Junction Lines: 2 additional lines are provided to replace sections of rubber hose for the front system that are located under the tank.
